Our thoughts: This restuarant is part of the Star Trek: The Experience complex at the Las Vegas Hilton. It's definitely a theme restaurant in the style of a Hard Rock Cafe or Planet Hollywood, with wacky names for its entrees (such as the "HamBorger" and the "(Onion) Rings of Betazed").

The food is good, and comes in big portions. We've been pleased with the Caesar salad, Moogie's Pasta and the aforementioned HamBorger and Rings of Betazed (a stack of onion rings with three different dipping sauces). If you feel like getting toasted, you can imbibe some Romulan Ale or go for broke and get the Warp Core Breach (similar to a Scorpion Bowl).

If you are lucky, some Star Trek costumed characters will visit your table to make sure everything is OK. We've gotten our photo taken with a Ferengi and a Klingon, who stay in character throughout, so if you feel like playing along, go ahead and ask them about the Rules of Acquisition or yell out "Kap'lah" to the Klingon.

Tip: Don't provoke the Klingon.
