Our thoughts: If you go on any of the two rides at the Star Trek Experience, after the ride is over you get dumped into the Promenade (basically you end up right at the gift shop). There are a number of different stores here, all stocking assorted Star Trek merchandise. If you've ever wanted a T-shirt, sweatshirt or other piece of clothing with a Star Trek logo on it, it's probably here. In addition, you can find a boatload of keychains, magnets, postcards, books, DVDs, videos, computer games, and stuffed animals.

Another store offers the chance for you to get your photo taken and become integrated into a photo of the cast of any of the Star Trek TV shows -- at some points during the year you get the photo for free if you apply for a Star Trek credit card. Further down the path, a store offers more expensive merchandise (autographed lithographs, props from the shows, etc.) that you'll only be able to afford if you really hit it big at the casino. You can also buy a six-pack of Romulan Ale (blue-colored beer) at a store along this area.
