Taste test: These are just like Terra chips, with a mix of taro, sweet potato, tyca, batata and parsnip, except in a different shape and size.
However, because Terra Chips and Stix encompass such a wide variety of tastes and textures, the result is quite a bit different in each case. The Chips are many times larger than the Stix, so you get to experience the flavor and texture of a particular vegetable in much more depth before going on to the next one than you do with these. These are so small that you will likely put a few in your mouth at once, and you end up with a mixture of tastes. You can still notice and savor the individual tastes, but you experience them all at once. Pretty good.
