Tropic's Yuca Chips Original Flavor
Taste test: Yuca chips are pretty good.
They're kind of like potato chips, but different. They're thinly sliced and crunchy, but in a different way than potato chips, because the yuca has a different consistency than potatoes. The taste is also sort of like potato chips, but different, and not bad. According to the bag, yuca chips have much less fat than potato chips.

From the package: “Yuca? (also known as cassava) This tropical vegetable of the Caribbean is known for its fibrous roots, rich in carbohydrates. Yuca has always been a major food source for the natives of Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela, where it originated. Spread throughout the tropics in the 1500's by European explorers, yuca now provides nutrition for more than 750 million people.
