Pop Rocks Cherry
Taste test: This package contained three medium-size pouches filled with tiny red shards of Pop Rocks, a great snacking pleasure from childhood that our tasters hadn't eaten in years.
Pop Rocks are somehow magically infused with carbon dioxide, which gets released as the candy shards dissolve in the mouth, causing a popping sensation. I didn't care much for the cherry flavor, but it was still fun to eat these Pop Rocks. When pouring a big enough portion of Pop Rocks into my mouth, I could hear and feel the popping all over my head.
