Taste test: These pork rinds were good, with the same taste as ordinary (non-baked) pork rinds.
Texture varied from piece to piece, as some were crisp and soft, some a bite tougher to bite into. There was a mild hot pepper taste, but it fell far short of being a "red hot" flavor.
