Taste test: These peanuts were good.
The shells were pretty easy to break open, and the taste of the nuts inside was quite a bit different from the salted version of Hampton Farms peanuts, with a less intense flavor. Peanuts in their shells are a high-effort food to eat, and normally I'm against foods that require lots of effort, but I make an exception for peanuts. There's nothing better that you can do than watch a baseball game as you crack open peanuts, eat them, and drop the shells on the ground.

Smell test: Very peanutty, almost like peanut butter.
From the package: “Peanuts are NOT junkfood!” ... “At Hampton Farms, our family has been farming since the early 1900's. Today, we remain family owned and committed to producing the finest snacks available. We select only the best peanuts and roast them the old fashioned way, with no oils or preservatives added. This releases the delicious, pure roasted peanut flavor.”
