Taste test: The curry flavor on this popcorn is not very strong, but if you pop several of these popcorn kernels into your mouth at the same time, you do get a noticeable curry-like taste.
It's still weak, and I definitely wouldn't classify it as hot, but it's not bad. It does have a very slight aftertaste. If you like curry-flavored snacks, there are several curry-flavored potato chips on the market that taste much more like curry than this does. Some of those potato chips have heat and others don't, but in all cases, the curry flavor is stronger than it is on this popcorn.

From the package: “The Spiced-up Popcorn” ... “Made with Cerified Organic Popcorn” ... “Vegan” ... “Back in the 70s, my Aunt Margaret developed a unique and delicous, spiced-up popcorn and built a small, loyal following. About three years ago, she turned over the building of the popcorn empire to me, and with the help of some amazing people along the way, RastaPop was born. I've been eating this popcorn since I was nine because it tastes great. But for those of you who are interested in the nutritional benefits, our three flavors of organic popcorn Hot Curry, Spicy Garlic, and Mellow Herb are seasoned with a savory blend of herbs and spices that not only taste great but are great for you. It's vegan, It's GMO-free, and we don't use hydrogenated oils. So enjoy RastaPop!! Aunt Margaret and I thank you for your support. Eve Lemon”
