Taste test: This snack consisted of curly, narrow strips with a range of reddish and brownish beige colors similar to pork cracklins.
We crunched in to find a fairly solid crunch, definitely stronger than pork rinds, with a taste that was pretty much the same as pork rinds. The Ingredients listed Pepper as the final ingredient, but we couldn't really notice much of that. The "Fried Pork Ears" name was a bit shocking, but really they were just like pork rinds with a different texture.
