Taste test: These coated peanuts looked different from many other kinds when we opened the bag, because many of the pieces featured not just one peanut coated in starch, but rather two stuck together. Otherwise, they had a fairly typical appearance. Each coated piece was quite a bit larger than a peanut on its own, and the coating was a bit irregular in places, with a light orange color and lots of powder on the surface.
We crunched in to find a light crunch and a nice mix of zesty spices and peanut, with only minor heat initially. A middling heat snuck up on us in the aftertaste, adding some kick to the mix. Pretty good.
