Taste test: This bar had a look similar to a granola bar, but with lots of seeds visible on the varied surfaces, most noticeably some large pumpkin seeds, plus some raisins.
I bit in to find a softer feel than most granola bars (even softer than "chewy" granola bars) with a mix of tastes that included a mild ginger and some apple. The ginger wasn't strong enough to make me even think "ginger" when I first tasted it, though I did notice later, but the ginger was strong enough that I could hardly notice any apple. It was just slightly gritty and tasted good, and it went very well with a glass of cold milk.

Smell test: Smells like apple sauce. Nice.
