Taste test: These chips had diamond shapes, measuring about an inch and half on each side, with a pattern of tiny holes. Some were flat like matzo, while some were puffed up to various degrees, in some cases so puffed up that they looked like diamond-shaped pillows.
On the first bite, the taste was very much like saltines, though the brittle crispness of saltines was missing. The feel was more like matzo than Saltines, but the texture didn't closely resemble matzo either. I didn't think the taste was all that much like matzo, maybe because of the salt, but I find the taste of matzo to be quite bland, so it's a good thing that these tasted better.
