Good Thins the Chickpea One Garlic & Herb
Taste test: These crackers were very thin and square, measuring about an inch and a quarter on each side, with various shades of yellowish beige on the surfaces and lots of green bits.
I crunched in to find a very crisp, light, brittle crunch — a very nice texture. The taste was equally nice, with a mix of garlic, onion and herbs that was zesty without being over-the-top garlicy. The base crackers were supposed to be made from both chickpea and wheat, but the ingredients indicated more wheat than chickpea. Regardless of what it was, it tasted good, with a taste that seemed much more wheat than chickpea. Very good!
