Taste test: These crackers were supposed to be flavored with Ube, which the ingredients describe as purple yam. The crackers followed the same size and packaging formula as their chocolate counterparts, as each one was extra wide, at over 5 inches (dividable into three sections), with a more ordinary height of one-third of that. They came with three of very large crackers per pack, and there were 10 packs in the bag. The crackers had kind of a light tan color, with some hints of blue, many tiny purple spots and lots of sugar on the surfaces.
We crunched in to find very light feel and fairly brittle crunch, with a strong, sweet flavor. Very tasty. The packaging made it a bit awkward to share these, as opening many packages required a bunch of work, but when we did share these with lots of snackers, people enjoyed the taste a lot.

Smell test: Nice sweet smell, kind of like breakfast cereal, but also mildly fruity.
From the package: “Ube talaga! No Color Added.”
