Taste test: These cookies the same distinctive designs on their top faces as the ginger, chocolate and oroginal flavors, with various shades of light beige in this case.I bit in to find a somewhat crumbly feel, with a taste that had less coconut than expected — on first bite, it was really mostly like a regular butter cookies.

The coconut did get a little stronger after that. I didn't notice the mushy coconut texture during the crunch phase of eating, but I did feel some tiny coconut bits in my mouth after the fact. A pretty good cookie, especially if you like the taste of coconut, but only in moderation.
