Taste test: For years, I've been comparing some snacks to Vienna Fingers in my reviews, based on memories of a cookie sandwich that I used to enjoy many years ago. However, despite reviewing more than 400 kinds of cookies, I'd never actually reviewed Vienna Fingers. When I spotted this package on sale for just $1.88 (along with lots of other Keebler varieties at the same price), it seemed like the perfect opportunity to finally do a review.
The racetrack-shaped cookies had the Vienna Fingers name in the center of each outward-facing surface, along with a pattern of many small circles. They had light beige color, with a white filling. However the filling was quite a bit more recessed from the edges than shown in the picture on the package. I crunched in to find a nice mix of tastes, but it seemed less creamy than I remembered, perhaps because they're now skimping on the creme. Still good, but not quite the standout that I remembered.
