Taste test: This version of fudge stripes used pink cookies instead of butter cookies like the original, with off-white frosting in all of the places where the chocolate fudge gets used.
I crunched in to find a light crunch and a whole lot of sweet and creamy strawberry flavor. Not bad, but unlike the original Fudge Stripes, which I could eat lots of, this is more of a flavor that I'd restrict myself to one cookie, and I'd recommend having some cold milk with it, due to the high level of fruitiness and sweetness.
