Wise Kettle Cooked Barbecue Potato Chips
Taste test: These potato chips had very wiggly shapes, with lots of folded-over chips and many bubbles embedded inside, plus many dark spots and bits of dark skin on the edges. The seasoning powder gave the chips an orange glow.
We crunched in to find that the chips were quite crunchy and tasty, with a somewhat subdued barbecue flavor. These was no heat of any kind, nor much real zestiness, but the barbecue seasoning was mild and tasty and mixed well with the potato flavor. Our tasters for this one, most of whom professed to love barbecue chips in general, enjoyed the crunch and the taste.
