Taste test: Having recently decided to use the Smartfood name to sell snacks other than Popcorn, Frito-Lay is now using it to brand products that generally resemble Popchips.
This kind was made with garbanzo flour, which I haven't seen in any of the Popchips varieties, but they sure reminded me of Popchips in shape and texture, plus they had the descriptive name "Popped Chips" on the bag. The chips were round and light beige in color, with lots of wiggles and some green specks. They were slightly thinner than Popchips, and also crunchier and denser. The feta and herb flavor was tasty, though it was on the subtle side, not as intense as I might have expected. Pretty good.

Smell test: Nice herbs, and definitely can smell the feta as well.
