Taste test: These potato chips were cut somewhat thick, with a golden yellow color, a good helping of colorful seasoning on the surfaces, and some skin on the edges.
I crunched in to find a very tasty mix of spices, mild enough that it didn't cover up the really good potato taste, but strong enough that the flavor really stood out. It seemed smoky at first, and then only remotely barbecue-like, quite different than any other barbecue chips we've eaten, and just really tasty. It wasn't all that sweet or hot, but just good, and there was even a bit of heat in the aftertaste. Excellent!
