Mozaics Organic Popped Veggie & Potato Chips BBQ
Taste test: These chips were fairly small and had triangular shapes with very wiggly surfaces. They looked kind of like Popchips, except triangular. The surfaces included some green areas on the otherwise light beige surfaces, which also had a light coating of orange seasoning. The bag said there were both green and yellow peas, but I could easily distinguish only the green ones.
I crunched in to find a crunch that was similar to Popchips but softer, with a mild but good barbecue flavor to go along with the predominantly potato-looking chips. I could clearly taste the peas when my tongue crossed paths with one. I'm generally not a fan of peas but I didn't mind the taste of them in here. Tasty and good.
Although the name of the snack mentioned just potato and veggies, the bottom of the front of the bag specified the two kinds of peas, potatoes, plus black beans and tomatoes, and the full ingredients actually mentioned other grains too — rice and corn.
