Lam's Plantain Chips Hot & Spicy
Taste test: These plantain chips were generally round and had a golden yellow color, without much in the way of seasoning visible on the surfaces.
I crunched in to find that they were extremely flavorful, packed with as much flavor as any plantain chips we've tried. A good level of salt and some mild spices really brought out the taste of the plantain and even enhanced it. Very good. However, I didn't notice much of anything hot or spicy until the aftertaste, and even then it was just a slightly hot feeling in the back of the throat. No need to run for water or anything like that.
