Kurkure Green Chutney Rajasthani Style
Taste test: This flavor of Kurkure had the same types of shapes as your typical crunchy cheese curls, with a light orange, sort of beige-like color over pall, plus some slightly darker spots and a smattering of bits of green seasoning. Despite the "Green" in their flavor name, the overall look really wasn't green at all. And they weren't cheese puffs, as they featured some Indian spices instead of cheese.
We crunched in to find an immediate, strong kick of intense, hot spices — and that was just the beginning, as the heat quickly grew even hotter before even finishing the first piece. The flavor was quite nice, and there was a lot more to the flavor than just the heat, but also really was quite hot. That high heat sustained itself as we ate more pieces, and it stayed around in the aftertaste too. Very good!
