Taste test: These large sweet potato chips had a mix of colors between dark purple and sort of a light beige.
Most chips had the light color around the edges, and the centers varied greatly from mostly purple to mostly light with some splotches of purple. They didn't have the soft crunch that most orange sweet potato chips have, but a stronger crunch, similar to yuca chips. They tasted pretty good.
