Harvest Snaps Snapea Crisps Caesar
Taste test: These crisps looked a lot like the original Snapea Crisps, with the same pea pod shapes and a similar green color, but in this case they promised to deliver a caesar salad flavor in addition to the taste of peas.
We crunched in to find a soft, semi-crispy texture and more pea taste than caesar. When I smelled the bag (see below) the caesar was unmistakable, but when it got mixed with pea flour, it didn't translate into much of a caesar salad taste.

Smell test: Wow, really does smell like caesar salad. Maybe even with anchovies.
From the package: “Snapea Crisps” ... “Flavored green pea crisps” ... “We love peas. We're obsessed with peas. They're actually a legume — a funny sounding french word pronounced, 'leg-yoom' — referring to any plant with seed pods that split into two halves. Harvest Snaps fit, but we're split on what makes these one amazing snack. Is it the remarkable, zesty flavors or the nutrient-packed wholesomeness of nature's perfect package?”
