Eat Your Vegetables Italian Herb & Olive Oil
Taste test: These chips were crescent-shaped and had a dark beige color, with many of the chips wiggly or folded-over. There was a light seasoning powder visible on parts of the surfaces, as well as lots of smallish bubbles embedded inside the chips.
We crunched in to find a good crunch, middling level of crispness, and a tasty but fairly mild mix of herbs and other seasonings. DIfferent people noticed different dominant tastes, ranging from the herbs to the carrots or sweet potatoes, but everyone who tried these chips liked them. A nice taste. As for the "Eat Your Vegetables" theme, we found the disclaimer (see "From the package" below) to be pretty funny.
