Diana Palitos Crujientes
Taste test: This bag contained thin sticks made from corn, with a round profile and irregular shapes, averaging about an inch and half long.
I crunched in to find a texture similar to Fritos, but a bit crunchier and less brittle. The taste seemed mostly like Fritos on the first bite, but then some mild spices kicked in, and as I ate more, the spices got stronger, including a mild heat.
It was hard to place the taste, but the ingredients included onion, garlic, mustard, tomato and garlic (plus some MSG to make it all work) so there was actually a lot more stuff in these than you see in Fritos, which have a fairly simple three ingredients.
