Taste test: This bag contained smallish, hollow rolls with a golden beige color. Each was about 1-1/4 inches long, so it was a handy bite size.
I crunched in to find a night light, crisp crunch, with an intense fish taste, followed by some mildly hot, spicy kick. The flavor was very strong, but it wasn't fishy in a bad way. As for texture, on the first bite, it felt like I was crunching into some sort of wheat-based cracker, but once it started to dissolve in my mouth, it actually felt like fish, which was indeed the main ingredient. Pretty good, if you like fish!
