Cosmos Creations Salted Caramel
Taste test: These Creations were basically puffs made from corn meal in odd, gnarly shapes, with a light coating of caramel that gave them a light golden color and somewhat shiny surfaces.
The taste and texture reminded us a lot of Shearer's Caramel Corn Puffs, though the shapes were different (and bigger). Any comparison to those Shearer's puffs is very high praise. The caramel was sweet, buttery and delicious. The feel was crisp and light, with a very slight crunch from the caramel coating. We couldn't really taste any bits of salt separate from the caramel, but there was some slight overall saltiness. Every part of the eating experience was excellent.

From the package: “If you're ready for a unique experience, then let Cosmos Creations take you there. Every bag begins with pure, non-GMO corn, baked in the oven for a taste that's out-of-this-world. Every bite is an explosion of flavor and a mouthful of happiness.” ... “It's a little sweet. It's a little salty. It's a lot fantastic. When caramel and sea salt come together to make all your taste buds come to life, you'll think all the stars have aligned.”
