Taste test: This huge chocolate bar took the same unusual design as the milk chocolate version, with an elaborate, very un-grid-like geometrical arrangement that had each of the 15 sections shaped differently. Breaking off sections was kind of awkward as a result of the weird sections shapes, but still, the bar looked good.
When I bit in, I was surprised to find that the caramel component wasn't liquidy or even creamy — it was crunchy. Specifically, there were little bits of solid caramel mixed into the milk chocolate, giving it a nice mix of tastes once I figured out what was going on. Another thing that I didn't know would be happening was that there were bits of salt offering a definite contrast to the milk chocolate and caramel. I probably should have known about the salt, but in my defense, the words "32% milk chocolate caramel sea salt" wind their way along the edge of the wrapper, with "chocolate caramel" being the most noticeable part of that when viewed from the front.
The wrapper's Nutrition Facts defined the bar as 6 servings, but given the weird, uneven section shapes, it would be quite the challenge to break the bar into even sixths. I know that I ended up eating far more than 1/6 of the bar every time that I returned to it. Another very good bar from Tony's!

Smell test: Good mild chocolate and caramel smell.
From the package: “Crazy about chocolate. Serious about people.” ... “Made in Belgium” ... “Right now, slaves are working on cocoa farms in West Africa. Many of them are children. Tony's Chocolonely exists to change that.”
