Taste test: The bag contained individually wrapped marshmallows, with shapes that were slightly squished versus standard marshmallows. The exteriors were as bright white as can be, so we expected whatever chocolate there was had to be somewhere inside.

We bit in to find a spongy marshmallow texture, with a smallish area near the center containing a melty milk chocolate. Volumewise, there wasn't a lot of chocolate, but it tasted good and provide a minor chocolate rush. The taste of the chocolate was a lot like a Hershey bar, though in terms of texture it started out softer. We handed these out to runners near Mile 9 of a half marathon, and everyone who tried one seemed pretty thrilled.

Smell test: Before biting in, they smell like marshmallows, no chocolate at all, as the chocolate was apparently well encapsulated.
