Taste test: This bar followed a similar formula to the Milka & Oreo bar, with a 5x3 section grid, a milk chocolate exterior and an interior consisting of Oreo creme and bits of Oreo cookie. The "Double Chocolate" difference was that the creme was chocolate-flavored instead of the conventional white creme. Each section had the Milka logo, and from the outside, there was no sign of the cookie bits or creme.
When I broke of a row of sections to see the cross-section, the creme in the filling had a much darker shade of brown than the outer coating, and the cookie bits within the creme were even darker. The color of the creme was surprising, given that this bar had a Chocolate Creme Oreo pictured on the wrapper, with a much lighter shade of brown for its creme. The taste was very intensely chocolatey — with three sources of chocolate in all, they could have called this Triple Chocolate. The Oreo bits added a light, Oreo-like crunch. Very good, especially with cold milk.
