Radio City Christmas Spectacular (New York City)

More New York City Shows

Location: 1260 Avenue of the Americas, Manhattan

Our thoughts:

Mention "Christmas" and "NYC" in the same sentence and someone will inevitably bring up the long-running Radio City Christmas Spectacular, held at Radio City from late November through New Years. Featuring skaters, the Rocketttes, Santa and a living Nativity, among other attractions, the Christmas Spectacular is an impressive spectacle, yet not worth the $75-$100 for a decent seat. We can think of several other shows we'd see instead of the spectacular. We're pretty sure we're going to hell for this opinion, as we've never heard anyone else say anything bad about the show. But we've gotta tell the truth: It's overrated.

Tip: See a real Broadway show instead of this.
