It's located in East Cambridge, near the Museum of Sciene and not far from MIT. (If you're taking the T, ride the Green Line to Lechmere.) Anchored by Best Buy, Sears and Filene's, the Galleria is mostly filled with typical mall stores. So if you're looking for Old Navy, Foot Locker, Borders Books, KB Toys, EB Games or a number of other popular names, you can find them here. Thankfully, there's an Apple Store too. There's also a typical mall food court, including Dunkin' Donuts, Burger King, Taco Bell, Cinnabon, Au Bon Pain, Sbarro, a Thai place, an Indian place, a Japanese place and several others. If you're hungry for some protein but don't have any cash on hand, about half of that list is usually handing out meat samples, so you can just do a lap. (If you're willing to spend a few bucks, try the Crunchwrap Supreme at Taco Bell.) Besides the food court, restaurants include California Pizza Kitchen, Starbucks, The Cheesecake Factory and Papa Razzi. The food court does have some outdoor seating overlooking the Lechmere Canal, which connects to the Charles River and serves as the departure point for the Charles Riverboat Company's cruises. Tip: Boca Grande offers great Mexican food, right across First Street from the mall.
