Weighing in at 10 ounces, the rectangular bag felt solid, as the jerky strips were vacuum sealed in place and lined up perfectly parallel. After opening the bag, the jerky strips were stuck together, but they easily broke apart when I squeezed the bag. Each piece was almost a perfect rectangle, about an inch wide, fairly thick and about 8 inches long. The texture was just slightly tough, but not rubbery and quite easily chewable. Our tasters liked it a lot. It wasn't much different from beef jerky, except in a slightly denser texture. Despite the presence of a Ziploc-style sealing mechanism, I could not get the bag to reclose. Shop: Buy Buffalo Bills meat snacks Aroma: Strong jerky smell, intense and good.
