Jelly Belly Licorice Bridge Mix

Buy snacks at Amazon.com

Taste: This mix included a number of different licorice items. In order from largest to smallest, they were: Dome-shaped pieces colored white, black, red coatings, and some with multicolored sprinkles; black jellybeans; and white, yellow, pink, lavender, green and red thin candy-coated sticks. All had licorice as their primary flavor, with varying degrees of sugar coatings, depending on the shape. The dome-shaped pieces had a smooth, easily chewable inside. The jelly beans were just slightly chewier. The thin sticks had a higher proportion of candy coating than the others, and the inner licorice was chewier too, though there was less of it. This package said it has two servings, but it really could last a lot longer than that, unless you want to eat a whole lot of licorice. Yet, the packaged was awkard for a "grab-&-go" package, not easy to open or to reclose.

Aroma: An OK licorice smell.
