Taste: These short pepperoni sticks were about an inch and a half long. They were easy to bit into, fairly moist and not gamey at all, with a mild pepperoni taste. The taste was kind of weak at first but got stronger with some chewing. There was some hot aftertaste. Overall, a pretty good meat snack.
