Carolina Country Snacks Tender & Crunchy Popcorn Cracklins With Skin Attached Seasoned with Red Pepper

Buy snacks at Amazon.com

Taste: These thin, irregularly shaped pork snacks look more like french fried onions than popcorn. They were extremely crunchy and tasted good, with a mildly hot spice to them. The density level varied from one piece to the next, and some of the pieces seemed to have some small hard spots that didn't really break down any further as I chewed, which was an awkward feeling, like chewing on tiny rocks.

Aroma: Strong pork rinds smell.
