 | | | On the Border Blue Corn Cafe Style Tortilla ChipsBuy snacks at Amazon.com Taste: These chips were very large, and the unbroken ones were shaped like a quarter-circle. Colorwise, they were really a lot more black than they were blue. They were pretty strong chips, which along with their size could make them good for dipping, but most of the chips were fairly flat, which isn't so good for dipping. Unfortunately, they didn't have very much taste, so dipping really is the only viable option with these. If you've got some good salsa and can find some curly chips in the bag, great, but if you're salsaless, these don't make very good stand-alone tortilla chips. "Our On The Border® blue corn tortilla chips are naturally good. They are prepared using our chef's special recipe and contain 100% natural blue corn with no artificial colors and no preservatives. The natural blue corn is stone ground into fine tortilla flour, shaped into extra large tortilla quarters and quickly fried until crispy and light. We add a pinch of salt to taste, quickly pack, and rush them to your grocer's shelf."
