Taste: These kettle-cooked chips had a good crunch and a good, mild barbecue flavor. They weren't quite as crisp as a Cape Cod chip, but they had most of the kettle-cooked texture that you would expect. The flavor didn't have any heat, nor much aftertaste, but still a pretty good chip.
