Taste: These pork rinds had a very nice jalapeņo and cheddar taste at first, thanks to lots of flavor powder on them. After a few seconds of jalapeņo and cheddar, the pork rinds flavor kicked in. It wasn't bad, but it just didn't seem all that compatible with the jalapeņo and chedd. There was a good lingering hot aftertaste as well.
