If you're going to try these, I'd recommend eating more than just one chip. For the first chip, you get a good cheddar and salsa taste briefly, and after it goes away, and you're left mostly with the bland rice taste of the chips, along with some aftertaste from the cheddar and salsa. The aftertaste is a saving grace, because the more chips you eat, the more of it there is, and it helps to cover up the blandness of the underlying rice chips.
