Taste: These have more cheddar flavor than regular Goldfish, along with a noticeable sour cream taste. Some fans of Goldfish actually thought they had too much cheddar flavor. They're OK, but nothing special. I'd expect a lot more sour cream taste in these if they want to call them "Xtreme."
