Taste: These pumpkin seeds kernels (the kind without the shells) were nearly all covered with the green skin, and sizes varied from piece to piece. They were very tasty, with just enough salt to bring out the flavor, but not enough to really taste salty, and it was easy to eat a whole handful of them and return for more. Our tasters liked them a lot.
