Taste: These pork rinds had a light and airy feel and a very good crispness, so the texture was excellent. They had a lot of strong flavor, but it was just the pork rind itself, with no special seasoning. If you like the taste of that, these would be an excellent choice, but if you would rather have it diluted/enhanced with more seasoning, one of Jita Snacks' other flavors would be a good choice.
