Domingo's Genuine Double-Cooked Chicharrones Barbeque

Buy snacks at Amazon.com

Taste: These large, curly, thick-cut pork rinds had a lot of barbecue seasoning on them, and their texture was very different from typical pork rinds. These went a far way from the light, melt-in-you-mouth texture, down the road toward a much more styrofoam-like texture. This made for a heck of a crunch upon biting in, and it meant that it took quite a bit of effort to eat these. But our tasters liked the flavor.

Aroma: Really nice barbecue smell. Like a sweet, smoky barbecue sauce. Best barbecue smell of any pork rind ever.
