Taste: These pistachios were partly open, with some green visible on most of the pieces, and some purple as well after opening the shells. The shells were generally quite easy to pull open. They tasted OK, but the taste was nothing special, as our tasters enjoyed the various "Everybody's Nuts" pistachios much better.
