Taste: This funky box contained a somewhat clear plastic bag filled most of the way with partly-opened pistachios, some of which had some green visible inside. Most of the pieces had a wide opening and required just a little muscle to pull open, but a few of them were just slightly ajar and a bit tougher to open. I'm still new to pistachios, but I though the taste of this European Roast variety was just terrific. They were really quite tasty, even better than the salt and pepper flavor.
