Taste: These peanuts had a smooth, dark red candy coating on them. The coating had a solid feel to it, with no stickiness. The shapes and sizes of the pieces varied, as most were roughly the same size and shape, but a minority of the pieces were significantly smaller. They tasted good, with a sugary peanut taste, not overly sweet. I bit halfway into one to see what the coating looked like, and it was fairly thick. There seemed to be two different ways to eat these: Bite right in for a big crunch when breaking through the candy coating, or suck on them until the sugar dissolves and then eat the peanuts.
