With so many different things inside (also including pumpkin seeds, oat bran and almonds) it was hard to say what the dominant taste was, as it was probably all or none of the above, with the most noticeable taste being a sweet one, probably the blackberry honey. The texture was moist and gritty, and the pieces were small enough the it was easy to eat one all at once. Our tasters liked these.
